Gujarat- Handvo, Khaman, Patra, Undhoyon, Bhakri, Theplas, Paav Bhaaji, Gau Ghee Ni payan- and of course phada ni khichdi and sabudana ni khichdi at Swati
Mumbai- Bhelpuri, Masi's kadi, aloo methi, daal, magaj
Virginia- Sublu's avial, methi sambhar
