1 bag of color ful chard
1/2 bag spinach
1 large tomato
2 cloves garlic
1/2 " piece ginger
spices
1. Boil the greens for 15 minutes.
2. Heat some oil , add asfoetida and cumin seeds , wait till they splutter.
3. Now add the tomato, ginger, and garlic.
4. Now add 1/2 tspn haldi, 1 tspn coriander powder, and salt.
5. Add the greens.
6. After 10 minutes add garam masala.
